GetCheckedOnline is not available at all LifeLabs locations.


Once you have created a lab form, take it to a participating LifeLabs location. Use the map below to find a participating LifeLabs.  At the lab, the staff will explain how to give a urine sample, will take a blood sample and may give you a swab kit to take home.


The LifeLabs website has the most current information about hours of operation and wait times (if walk-ins are accepted) visit locations.lifelabs.com. To make an appointment visit booking.lifelabs.com.


We do not collect personal health number (PHN) through GetCheckedOnline, but you might be asked to provide this to make an appointment on the LifeLabs website. If you do not have a PHN, or do not wish to test under your real name, you can still make an appointment by contacting LifeLabs at 1-800-431-7206.

GetCheckedOnline is currently available in select communities in BC

GetCheckedOnline is currently available in Vancouver, Victoria, Langford, Duncan, Kamloops, Nelson, Kimberley and Maple Ridge. To use GetCheckedOnline, you will need an invitation from one of the BC Centre for Disease Control STI clinics or a promotional code. Learn more about how you can sign up for GetCheckedOnline.
